Dr. Emuwa believes fostering entrepreneurship is essential for economic development and her work lies at the intersection of funding and entrepreneurial human capital development. Anino’s articles on entrepreneurship and leadership have appeared in international publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur and Business Chief, MEA.
Dr. Emuwa convenes the Women Business Owners Network (WBON) a network of women business leaders and hosted the first inclusive International Women’s Business Leadership event in Davos alongside the World Economic Forum in January 2020. She gives of her time mentoring high-achieving entrepreneurs from Cartier Women’s Initiative and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Enterprise WOMEN programme.

COMMUNITIES FOR WOMEN
Dr Emuwa convenes several powerful communities for women in leadership, regionally and internationally, including Women@Davos, Women@UNGA, and African Women CEOs Network and hosted the first inclusive international Women’s Business Leadership event in Davos alongside the World Economic Forum in January 2020.
Our communities equip women in business for leadership at the highest level and afford them the visibility and the right networks to effectively participate in reshaping the global agenda and accessing new markets. To date, we have held events and leadership programmes in 5 countries, as well as our virtual global women CEOs Roundtables reaching women leaders in over 40 countries of the world.
Our structured leadership programmes as well as informal networking events and peer to peer business trips help women leaders to expand their business and cultural horizons. At our events, women forge international business relationships, elevate their leadership skills, and participate at influential forums where world leaders gather.
We have communities and events suited to the needs of our women in leadership- including Power Breakfast events for our CEOs, Women Business Owners’ Seminars to empower and support our owner-managed women founders, CEOs and Entrepreneurs, Mastermind Groups and Global Alliance for Women of Impact.
